At Crazy Monkey PT we start by building an athletic base, we use functional primal movements to reconnect your body to your mind. We use our expertise to tailor your fitness and encourage positive progression and overload on your body to get your desired results.

Through the use of kettlebells and functional movement patterns it wont matter if your an absolute beginner or a marathon runner, we work with you to achieve shape change and good cardio fitness.

 

Benefit No.2: Self Preservation

Our C.I.A Programme is our self defence training. We like to use the word’s Self Preservation, as the term ‘Self Defence’ conjures up some 1980′s image that doesn’t resonate with our philosophy.

 

The C.I.A Programme coaches you on the physical and mental aspect of what happens in a confrontational situation. It works from evolutionary movement patterns that are there to help you survive a physical encounter and use’s mental game research to be able to understand the physiological sensations that go with it.

 

We coach this material in an environment that isn’t hyper competitive that is designed for the everyday guy and girl to really learn, ask questions and feel invigorated, confident and inspired!
